ICSC Foundation’s Internship Preparation Program (iPrep) provides ICSC Student Members access to essential resources and support for building careers within the Marketplaces Industry.
This comprehensive internship preparatory program, guided by leading retail real estate professionals, provides exciting hands-on experiences for students. The three pillars of iPrep are ICSC Career Connections, Building Blocks, and ICSC Launch Academy.
ICSC Career Connections is an internship hub for ICSC Student Members to upload resumes, apply for retail real estate internships at our partner companies, and access career tips from hiring managers and industry experts.
Note, all applications will be vetted to verify ICSC Student Membership. First-time ICSC Career Connections users will have to wait three to four business days after creating their profiles before they are able to apply for internships. Once the verification process is complete, students will receive notification.
Focused on equipping students with the tools they need to successfully land an internship, Building Blocks offers foundational job search preparation that will be featured at ICSC events and webinars.
