Below you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions:

Please apply for, or renew, your membership by filling out the membership application. Once processed, you will receive an email with your Member ID number and instructions on getting started. A welcome email will include information on setting up your profile, uploading a photograph and other useful details so that you can hit the ground running.

Yes, through our new standard member type, individuals are now able to experience the benefits of an ICSC membership. 

Your member number can be found by clicking My ICSC. Still having trouble? Contact our Membership Team at +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada Toll Free) / +1 646 728 3800 (Worldwide) or email membership@icsc.com.

To update personal information, log in and go to My ICSC, linked at the top of each page. Then, use the menu on the left of the My ICSC dashboard to find options for editing your profile information, updating your password, your billing and more.

For members to update the below fields, they must email membership@icsc.com for an ICSC representative to assist:

  • First and Last name
  • Company Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Designations
  • Membership Tenure
  • Primary Business Type

If you have changed companies and your new employer is an ICSC member, you can transfer the membership. Simply put your request in writing and send to membership@icsc.com.

If you don't know your password, you can:

  • On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address or member number. This will send an email from login@icsc.com with a link to reset your password. The link in that email expires after 2 hours and is one-time use only, so if you need to reset your password again, you will need to get another email sent.
  • Click on “Login without a password”. This will send an email from login@icsc.com with a link to automatically login without resetting or entering a password. The link in that email expires after 2 hours and is one-time use only, so if you need to log in again, you will need to get another email sent.
  • Contact us and we will email you a link to reset your password. If you have changed email addresses and no longer have access to the email address we have on file for you, please call our Membership Team at +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada Toll Free) / +1 646 728 3800 (Worldwide) or email membership@icsc.com.

If you have requested a password reset email or login email but it has not arrived in your inbox, spam folder, or email filtering platform, please ask your IT team to confirm that emails from icsc.com are whitelisted.
