$84 million
North American Development Group purchased the 1 million-square-foot Tucson (Ariz.) Spectrum shopping center from Retail Value. Food City, Home Depot and Target are anchors.

$41 million
Lionheart Capital acquired the 930,700-square-foot Manassas (Va.) Mall from JPMorgan Chase and Pyramid Management Group. The property’s Macy’s and Walmart anchor stores were not part of the sale.

$20 million
London Reo Retail-CA sold the Village at Moorpark, a 129,400-square-foot center in California’s Ventura County, to Chesser Group. Dick’s Sporting Goods and Petco are anchors there.

$19.2 million
Abrams Realty & Development sold the Court at Hamilton, in Hamilton Township, N.J., to First National Realty Partners. Tenants there include Rainbow, Snipes and Walmart.

Novak Construction purchased the Little Village Plaza, in South Lawndale, Ill., from an undisclosed seller. A health clinic and a Walgreens anchor this 194,100-square-foot property.

$15 million
Baceline Investments purchased four Milwaukee-area retail properties totaling 97,300 square feet from a local investor. Among the tenants are Anytime Fitness, Chico’s and Talbots.

$8.2 million
Southgate III LLC sold the Bedford (Va.) Plaza to Weston, Fla.–based Coastal Equities. Tenants at the 112,650-square-foot property include Dollar Tree, Tractor Supply Co. and a Virginia DMV office.

$5.3 million
Pulaski Center Associates acquired the 112,340-square-foot Pulaski (Va.) Plaza from an unidentified seller. Tenants there include Peebles and Food Lion.

$750,000
Retailer Ocean State Job Lot purchased the 150,000-square-foot Bennington (Vt.) Square at foreclosure auction. The company has plans to open a store in a vacant spot at the center, whose tenants include JCPenney and Staples.
