ICSC+CenterBuild attendees will gather in person for the first time in two years to face a drastically altered retail landscape. Consumers are shopping differently, and builders are developing different kinds of properties. The ICSC event — dedicated to the planning, development, design and construction of retail properties — will be held at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa Nov. 30 to Dec. 3.
Marketplaces industry experts will share strategies and innovations to help construction and design professionals navigate the shifting world of physical retail and expand their businesses.
ICSC+CenterBuild also will celebrate the accomplishments of our members and honor the influence of architects, designers and developers on the built environment. These include the CenterBuild Leaders Under 40 Awards and the ICSC Global Design & Development Awards, honoring achievements of the past year in the design and development of marketplaces and retail spaces where people shop, dine, work, play and gather.
