Mary Dillon, CEO of Ulta Beauty, will keynote ICSC’s 2020 RECon, in Las Vegas. Dillon will bring to attendees her insights about leadership and about stewarding a brand through an ever-changing retail environment.
Ulta Beauty, New York City
Ulta Beauty has seen significant growth under Dillon. She has brought new brands to its shelves and successfully united both digital and physical platforms, creating unparalleled brand awareness and generating sales growth. Since 2013, Dillon and her team have doubled Ulta Beauty’s revenues and vaulted the company onto the Fortune 500.
Dillon leads 45,000 associates, 92 percent of whom are women. And under her leadership, the company’s board has become one of the most gender-diverse of any large public company in the nation. As a result, she has been included on Fortune magazine’s Most Powerful Women in business list for three years running.
“Mary is a leader in the retail industry, with a tremendous track record of success,” said Tom McGee, ICSC’s president and CEO. “She has successfully implemented strategic innovations while ensuring the customer-first, personalized experience the brand is known for. The result has been increased sales and brand awareness.”
RECon 2020 will take place May 17–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Register here.
