Local government officials and dignitaries celebrated late last month as Simon broke ground on Denver Premium Outlets in Thornton, Colo.
The 330,000-square-foot center is scheduled to open in fall 2018. It will be the 92nd Premium Outlets center in Simon’s portfolio.

Located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and 136 Avenue, Denver Premium Outlets will provide a premier outlet open-air center experience featuring around 80 designer and name-brand retailers at impressive savings of 25 to 65 percent every day.
