Silesia Outlet, in Gliwice, Poland, is renaming itself Factory Gliwice.
Neinver opened the property in March 2019, and a joint venture between Neinver and Nuveen Real Estate acquired it in June. Factory Gliwice will operate as part of the Factory portfolio, which includes Polish outlet centers in Annopol, Kraków, Poznan and Ursus.
“Consolidating its operations under one powerful brand specialized in operational management, leasing and marketing is an important piece of the development strategy of Silesia Outlet, Poland’s youngest outlet center said,” Bożena Gierszewska–Mroziewicz, Neinver’s country head for Poland. “Changing the center’s name and visual identity to Factory’s popular red-and-white logo should raise its recognition among Neinver’s business partners in Poland and Europe, as well as tenants and brand representatives.”
Silesia Outlet totals 12,000 square meters of gross leasable area. It is home to some 60 shops: Diverse, Guess, New Balance, Only, Pepe Jeans, Pierre Cardin, Puma, Reebok, Tefal and Triumph among them.
