The former Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas has a new name — Prizm Outlets — and a new brand identity, along with one of the world’s largest installations of street art.
Mural Oasis, an art installation spanning roughly 100,000 square feet of wall space inside and outside the property, is now complete. About 30 international artists created 126 murals for the project.
Moreover, the center recently announced the addition of Step Right Up, a 24,000-square-foot midway with traditional carnival games, ax-throwing, escape rooms and a 3-D trick-art museum. HeadzUp, Step Right Up’s parent company, has operated a similar attraction at The Boulevard, in Las Vegas, since 2017. Step Right Up joins current Prizm tenants Calvin Klein, H&M, Nike and Williams-Sonoma.
Prizm is located about 40 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, in Primm, Nev., at the California border. Las Vegas–based Logic Commercial Real Estate manages the center, which entered foreclosure in 2018.
