• After a high-profile career in retail real estate, Sandeep Mathrani will focus on office space at his new job. Mathrani, most recently CEO at Brookfield Properties’ retail group, will join WeWork as CEO. He replaces Artie Minson and Sebastian Gunningham, who had been co-CEOs of WeWork parent We Co. since co-founder and former CEO Adam Neumann stepped down, in September.

Mathrani, who started his career in the industry overseeing retail development and leasing for Forest City in the New York City market, serves on ICSC's Executive Board and its Board of Trustees, as well as being a board member of Host Hotels & Resorts. He was also executive vice president of Vornado Realty and CEO of General Growth Properties, which Brookfield acquired in 2018.
• Construction firm Graycor named David Wing president and COO. He joined the Illinois-based company in 1991 as an engineer. In 2013 Wing became president of Graycor Construction Co., and he is expected to continue in that role.
• Trademark Property Co. — a Fort Worth, Texas–based retail and mixed-use development, investment and institutional services firm — promoted Daniel Goldware to senior vice president of leasing. He will share the role with Phil Pearson, who currently holds that title. “Adding a second executive leasing position will better enable us to lean into retail and mixed-use developments while others are leaning out,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi.
Goldware joined Trademark in 2013 and was most recently vice president of leasing for redevelopment and ground-up projects.
