Congressman Ronny Jackson (R-TX-13) joined ICSC members in Denton, Texas on February 13 at Golden Triangle Mall for a site visit and retail real estate discussion.
Topics included public-private partnerships, redevelopment incentives and interstate highway issues, as well as the positive impact of shopping centers in the local community in terms of jobs and services.
Event attendees also included Moutray McLaren (ICSC), Aaron Ball and Mike Ludden (Weitzman Group), Denton Mayor Gerard Hudspeth, Jamie Adams (Denton Economic Development Partnership) and Erin Carter (Denton Chamber of Commerce).
