ICSC member Jerald Dick has died

May 26, 2020

Past ICSC trustee and decades-long ICSC member Jerald Dick died May 20 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Born in Glendale, California, Dick attended high school in California and New Jersey. He played basketball at Long Beach City College in California and at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he met his wife, Teri Dianne Hayes. He then worked in real estate development — including at Coldwell Banker, Melville Corp., The Pyramid Cos. and The Limited Inc. — before launching a consulting firm in Scottsdale in 1988. He especially enjoyed his family, including six grandchildren and three children: Hilarie, Stefanie and Jason, who also is an ICSC member. At his request, no formal service will be held. People can share memories and stories here.
