ICSC launches first-ever TV commercial

May 11, 2020

ICSC has launched its first TV commercial, calling on elected leaders to support a COVID‑19 Recovery Fund. ICSC has led the effort to establish a coalition of more than 100 organizations and has urged President Donald Trump’s administration and Congress to provide federal relief for the retail real estate industry. As part of the campaign, the TV commercial is airing on CNN, CNBC, FOX and MSNBC.

“In today's environment, supporting and serving our members in new and innovative ways is essential,” ICSC president and CEO Tom McGee wrote in a letter to members announcing the commercial. “This is true for how we deliver content, how we share news and information and, importantly, how we advocate for the industry in Washington, D.C. This new environment calls for bolder actions and solutions.”
