ICSC Government Relations & Public Policy team hosted information sessions during the ICSC@FLORIDA in August, featuring retailers sharing information about their operations, growth and expansion plans.
Retailers included: Ellianos Coffee, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers & Brakes Plus, Kids Empire, Moxies Restaurants and The Learning Experience.
Additionally, ICSC's Vice President of Tax Policy, Phillips Hinch, led discussions regarding real estate tax provisions that could be at risk in 2025.
