The first Premium Outlets development in Colorado is slated to kick-off its grand opening weekend on September 27.
The 92nd Premium Outlet center in Simon’s Portfolio, Denver Premium Outlets, is located in Thornton, Colo., 15 miles from Denver and Boulder.
The 328,000-square-foot property is an open-air center that has been, “designed to fit in with Colorado’s unique, outdoor-oriented lifestyle,” said Stephen Yalof, CEO of Premium Outlets at Simon Property Group. The center will leverage the natural beauty of the area through high-design and a sophisticated environment to appeal to the outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts. Denver Premium will also include spacious courtyards, an outdoor village and views of the Rocky Mountains.
Denver Premium Outlets will hold 80 high-end designer and name brand retailers, including Nike Factory Store, Kate Spade New York, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Armani Exchange, American Eagle Outfitters, Coach, Skechers, Banana Republic, Under Armour, Cole Haan, Johnston & Murphy, Helzberg Diamonds, Converse and others. In addition to clothing and accessories, the center will include sit-down dining options, home furnishings, electronics and more.
Denver Premium Outlets is a $120.6 million development that broke ground in fall 2017.
