Artificial intelligence can streamline marketing and content creation, but it also presents intellectual property risks, Jennifer Wolfe wrote in Forbes. An intellectual property lawyer and the owner and executive director of Whisper Creek Spa also advised that business owners should develop a clear strategy before relying on AI, should prioritize it for brainstorming rather than for creating final outputs and should assess the legal implications of AI-generated content.
