ICSC and VRN named Adidas Best Overall Outlet Chain at ICSC New York Deal Making. The premier category at the Outlet Retail Chain Awards highlights retailers known for “expertly drawing shoppers and consistently driving sales by offering excellent value and a comprehensive merchandising mix, combined with targeted marketing and enhanced customer service.” Other finalists were Brooks Brothers, Gucci, H&M, Hollister, Kate Spade New York, Levi’s, Lululemon Athletica, Nike Factory, Skechers, Vans and Vera Bradley.

ICSC and VRN named Untuckit Best Outlet Chain Newcomer; honored Vera Bradley for Best Marketing Program; and cited Le Creuset for Outstanding Customer Service.

Also at the event, the DOC&R Hall of Fame inducted its latest honorees: Ann Ackerman (chief elevator at Elevate Branding and Marketing), Josh Podell (president of Podell Real Estate Advisors), Jim Pye (Caleres Co. real estate director) and Gary Skoien (president and CEO of Horizon Group Properties).
