Eighty-two former Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us stores across 32 states will go on the auction block on Sept. 27.
The auction will comprise 52 ground-leased properties, 29 building leases and one parking lot lease, reports Newsday. The properties range from 22,000 square feet to 63,000 square feet. A similar auction of properties in 29 states was held earlier this month.
Melville, N.Y.–based A&G Realty Partners and New York City–based Raider Hill will conduct the auction.
The toy retailer filed for bankruptcy in September last year and began closing stores in January.
