Our experts will inform on the introduction of the new subsection 90.1(1)(1.1) of the Competition Act, the Competition Bureau’s property control enforcement guidelines, abuse of dominance and landlords and tenants perspectives on how the changes to the Competition Act already have and will continue to affect commercial leasing in Canada.
